Deliberate Creation Morning Mental Work Program

First and foremost operate from the place of understanding that you are a vibrational being.  You are in charge of your vibrational output which the Law of Attraction is responding to.  Your thoughts, feelings, choices, decisions,  and beliefs all contribute and comprise your vibrational being.

Be aware of momentum. Sleeping is the only thing that pauses momentum. The best way to begin each day is to get out ahead of momentum.  Choose deliberately how you are going to think and feel and every day will be a new day, rather than a continuation of what happened yesterday, last week, or ten years ago.

  • Today is a whole new day for my vibrational choices.
  • I am the creator of my reality.
  • Law of Attraction is responding to my vibration.
  • Focus on things that please you.  You have infinite choices of things you can focus on.
  • Find something to feel genuine appreciation about.
  • Focus for a minimum of 17 seconds.  Momentum begins.  The longer you hold that vibration more momentum builds.
