Recipe for Healing the Spine

Introducing the first recipe in my Category “Recipes and Formulas”.  Love that this is happening on the first day of 2012.  I have dreamed of talking about deliberate creation using one of my analogies which is cooking.  Whether you are cooking food , painting a picture, or creating a happy day for yourself you are using raw materials and tools.  Obviously they vary due to the object of your desire that you are manifesting for yourself.   So, this year I baked a childhood favorite desert for Christmas, a “Jewish Cream Cheese Cake”.  Have no idea why it is called that.  Everybody loves it so I am happy to share the recipe for Jewish Cream Cheese Cake as an analogy with my recipe for Healing the Spine.  My son always loved teasing me about my analogies, because they always break down at some point because they are just an analogy.  Hope the recipes and resources of this Blog will help you in creating what you desire throughout the New Year.

Creating Jewish Cream Cheese Cake

Ingredients:

  • 16 graham crackers
  •  3 tbsps. granulated sugar
  • 1/4 lb.  melted butter

Ground graham crackers into a fine meal.  Mix with sugar.  Pour the butter on the crumbs and stir until all the crumbs are moistened.  Press the crumbs into the bottom of an 8″ x 11″ cake pan forming a crust along all the sides as well.

  • 1 pound cream cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Mix cream cheese at medium speed until creamy consistency.  Gradually add the eggs until well blended.  Add the sugar and vanilla and mix on high speed for 2-3 minutes.  Bake at 350 degrees  for 20 minutes.

Topping

  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
Carefully spread the sour cream topping on top of the baked cream cheese layer.  Return to a 450 degree oven for 5 minutes.

Creating A Healing

Ingredients:

  •  *Belief that the Spine can be healed
  •  20,000 Thoughts each day  affirming the spine can be healed.  It is estimated we average 70,000 thoughts per day.  There are 86,400 seconds in a 24-hour day.  That means we have a different thought every 1.2 seconds.  Counting may be tricky so just try to think positively all the time.
  • Love yourself constantly
  • Gratitude

*Muscle test to make sure you Believe that the spine can be healed.  If you don’t really believe it  you will not have enough affirming Thoughts to contribute to the recipe.  With physical creations you have the physical reminders that it has not happened yet.  That can interfere with positive thoughts.  There may be thoughts about the pain that create uncertainty, drop of confidence, doubt, etc.  A strong belief creates an attitude of hope, expectation and trust which all contribute to those 20,000 affirming thoughts.

Let the Love flow to yourself particularly.  Self Love is key to healing.  Caring enough to create it.  We will do amazing things for love.  Grooming time is perfect for feeling self love and gratitude.

Combine all the above ingredients to prepare for the new spine.  Deepok Chopra said that it takes the body 7 years to replace the spine.  Subsequently I heard 3 months.  Maybe it is a quantum estimate??  So you don’t want the above ingredients to sour with time.  Whether it is 3 months, 7 years  or 65 years to keep the ingredients fresh add:

  • Happiness
  • Patience (by this term I mean paying attention, be mindful of  your attitude)
  • Discipline
  • Perseverence

Practice being happy as much as possible.   Add Patience, Discipline and Perseverence.

Topping

  • Imagination
  • Feelings
  • Choices
  • Decisions
Imagine yourself healed, when you feel good reinforce your visualization with how it feels to be healed, choices and decisions support those things that create a healed spine, such as exercise, therapy, acupuncture, etc.

Additional comments

Whether a recipe is successful or not we all continue to create.  That is our nature; being and doing every minute of the day.  By organizing the information into a recipe for a healing,  I realized which ingredients need tweaking.  Fortunately for us we can go to the store and purchase graham crackers rather than grind the grain, etc.  The ingredients of deliberate creation need to be formed by us.  I see now not feeling good enough for a long time had a negative impact.  It is a journey we travel at our unique pace as we develop the art of creating who, what and how we are.  The recipes are an easy way to identify the main ingredients to guide us through creating the complexity of the desire.
