The Power of Perspective in Deliberate Creation


A perfect perspective for someone embarking on a great expedition. Deliberate in its encouragement to be bold and begin it now. The Power of Now if where its at and Now benefits tremendously with a Perspective that all is well even when it isn’t. Our intention is to deliberately create our desires, dreams, etc. The only way to accomplish that is to use every moment processing unwanted and shifting your focus to wanted.  The unwanted is where all the solutions are created.  The unwanted gives birth to inspiration, desire and evolution.

The clarity feels so good understanding that contrast (unwanted) is the birthplace of solutions, inspirations and evolution.  That everything is always working out, right. Bad is relative to your perspective.  Creation and destruction go together.  Always the next best idea, solution, understanding gives birth to the improved creation.  Use that Perspective for all creating and you will be flying high.

The most important law of the universe is the Law of Attraction.    We are vibrational beings first and foremost and as such we are attracting When we say Yes and we are attracting when we say No.

Personal Example of the Power of Perspective

I had been experiencing headaches and some migraine headaches for several years.  Thought it was allergies, cervical stenosis, cervical arthritis, micro cerebral arterial disease???  I initiated diet changes, air filters, allergy testing, carpet removal, duct cleaning, therapy, acupuncture, miracle work.  Migraines became more frequent.  Went to the doctor for pain medication.  I was feeling in a lot of pain, but more interesting I was feeling overwhelmed and unable to find anything positive to focus on as far as my chronic pain issues were concerned.  A failure as far as deliberately creating feeling good physically.  I called my sister who called my other sister and the word was spread about my negative news.  My perspective was there is no solution to migraines.  I was having a lot of No thoughts and feelings.  The pain had my attention and focus.  Just like there is no solution to the common cold, cancer, poverty, war, addiction or is there?  It is our perspective.  Every problem brings the solution.  Everything works out and one day we realize had we not had the unwanted we would not…..

My sister is visiting with a girlfriend to celebrate her 60th birthday.  While driving together she takes out a vial  of  sea salt and has a lick followed by water.  She tells my sister about how sodium prevents migraines based on the book “Fighting the Migraine Epidemic” How to Treat and Prevent Migraines Without Medicines by Angela A. Stanton, Pd.D. Lying in bed with a migraine I ordered her book on my Kindle.  Love reading in the dark with my kindle.  Angela Stanton is a migrainer who wrote her Ph.D on her search, journey and solution.  I am still reading it but it is brilliant.  Her personal journey through years of migraine headaches created a solution.

WOW how wonderful is that.  I had a lick of salt, waited a bit had another lick, read about the cells needing a balance of sodium and potassium.  I began to notice an improvement in my headache pain.  What lifted me the most were my thoughts and feelings of appreciation for Angela Stanton.  Her journey which has impacted me in such an uplifting way.  It is always about your thought process.  I couldn’t solve my headaches/migraines but Angela could and did.  So Ask and It is Given.  Believe that.  Expect that.  Be it.  Receive it.  Vibrationally be in the receptive mode.  Align with the greatest and best beliefs, thoughts and feelings.  In a way that is what this blog is all about.  A deliberate thought process to create what you desire.

A Belief Thought Process For Appreciation

Thoughts, Feelings and Beliefs are key ingredients for reality creation.  The quality of these ingredients determine the quality of the creation.  I am really enjoying this process to move myself to higher emotions such as Joy, Enthusiasm, Passion,  Ease and Power.

Oprah has a series on Beliefs right now.  The thing about Beliefs are they are merely habits of thought.  Some passed down from parents and society.  The Law of Attraction and its byproduct momentum perpetuate the continuation of Beliefs.

Beliefs are key to how you feel about everything.  As you will see in this process it only works if you have certain beliefs; like do you believe you create your own reality.

According to Wikipedia:

“Belief is the state of mind in which a person thinks something to be the case, with or without there being empirical evidence to prove that something is the case with factual certainty. In other words, belief is when someone thinks something is reality, true, when they have no absolute verified foundation for their certainty of the truth or realness of something.  Another way of defining belief is, it is a mental representation of an attitude positively orientated towards the likelihood of something being true. ”  In the context of Ancient Greek thought, two related concepts were identified with regards to the concept of belief: pistis which refers to trust  and confidence and doxa which refers to opinion and acceptance.

In other words, belief is when someone thinks something is reality, true, when they have no absolute verified foundation for their certainty of the truth or realness of something.

My interest in Beliefs for this post is to demonstrate how effective use of beliefs can facilitate a deliberate mental creation from unwanted to wanted.  The basis for this process is the Abraham Focus Wheel which assists in deliberately choosing thoughts with their accompanying feelings to move from unwanted to wanted.  There is a progression of thought/feeling from lower frequency emotions to higher emotions.

Here are some Emotional Reference Charts.  I apologize I don’t know who to give credit for these.  I have used both.

This process can be used regardless of where you are on the emotional scale.  I choose the emotion I desire, in this example I chose Appreciation.  I use statements  I believe to move myself up the emotional scale to the emotion I desire.

  2. I Believe my reality is the result of Law of Attraction.
  3. I Believe that attention to what is pertetuates unwanted as well as wanted.
  4. I Believe that all is well even when it isn’t.  Contrast and diversity are essential for the expansion and evolution of All That Is.
  5. I Believe we are all vibrational beings experiencing momentum and habits of thinking and feeling.
  6. I Believe the contrast is our friend responsible for creating desire and solutions to the ever changing now.
  7. I believe my strong desire creates change.
  8. I Believe anything is possible.  It is in the Sea of Probabilities – Am I in vibrational range to attract it.
  9. I Believe I can focus on things to appreciate.
  10. I Believe I can start with appreciating this process as a predicter of creating appreciation.
  11. I Believe there is always something to appreciate.
  12. I believe when I choose to focus on appreciation I am appreciating.

Inside Out – Vibrational Beings

broadcast-tower-drawing with energy indicatedWe are first and foremost vibrational beings broadcasting our unique frequency which attracts like frequencies.  The Law of Attraction makes it so.   This illustration is good because it is easy to identify with the ball as your consciousness sending out thoughts and the circles our emotions rippling through space.  What is your resonance comprised of? Is your attention focused on  what is and on your desires/dreams.  Broadcast how it will Feel when you manifest the desire.   Be happy (in the absence of your desire), expecting, (knowing you will create your desires).  It is Law, That which is Like Unto Itself is Drawn, no exceptions.

Things are Always Working Out For Me

Do you wonder at times if things are working out for you?  This video from Abraham by Train Your Vibration will soothe you into a knowing that everything is always working out even when it appears not to be.  Love this.

I have subscribed to Train Your Vibration’s  YouTube Channel.  There are 24 other videos that I look forward to listening to.  I put the link on my mobile device so I can play it in lieu of a meditation first thing in the morning before I even get out of bed.  Also use my mobile device when I can’t settle and sleep  to do a guided meditation or a video that will redirect my mind to sleep.

The Power and Potential of the Placebo Effect

I have always been interested in the Placebo Effect, which is also called the placebo response.  It is the remarkable phenomenon in which a ‘placebo’, a fake treatment, such as an inactive substance like sugar, distilled water, or saline solution, can sometimes improve a patient’s condition simply because the person has the expectation that it will be helpful. Expectation plays a potent role in the placebo effect. The more a person believes they are going to benefit from a treatment, the more likely it is that they will experience a benefit.  That certainly is worthy of in-depth research don’t you think.  Well someone has done just that.  I have just finished reading Dr. Joe Dispenza’s new book, You Are the Placebo Making Your Mind Matter.  It is a road map for creating personal transformation.  The power of deliberately creating a healing or as don Miguel Ruiz, M.D. and author of The Four Agreements so eloquently states…. “I love this book and look forward to a world where the secret of the placebo is the foundation of everyday life.”  Absolutely…….

In Dr. Dispenza’s Afterword entitled Becoming Supernatural he states with such clarity the power and potential of the Placebo Effect.

“Some critics may categorize this body of work as faith healing.  I’m actually fine with that accusation at this point in my life, because what is faith but when we believe in thought more than anything else?  Isn’t it when we accept a thought–independent of the conditions in our environmnent–and then surrender to the outcome to such a degree that we live as if our prayers were already answered?  Sounds like a formula for the placebo.  We’ve always been the placebo.

“Maybe it’s not so important that we pray rigorously every day to have our prayers answered, but that we instead get up from our meditations as if our prayers have already been answered.  If we accomplish this daily, we are at a level of mind where we’re truly living in the unknown and expecting the unexpected.  And this is when the mysterious knocks on our door.

“The placebo response is about being healed by thought alone.  Thought by itself, however, is unmanifested emotion.  Once we embrace that thought emotionally, it begins to become real–that is, it becomes reality.  A thought without an emotional signature is void of experience and thus it is latent, waiting to be made known from the unknown.  As we initiate a thought into an experience and then into wisdom, we are evolving as human beings.”

To separate out this power of positive thinking and some other variables from a drug’s true medical benefits, companies seeking governmental approval of a new treatment often use placebo-controlled drug studies. If patients on the new drug fare significantly better than those taking placebo, the study helps support the conclusion that the medicine is effective.

The power of positive thinking is not a new subject. The Talmud, the ancient compendium of rabbinical thought, states that: “Where there is hope, there is life.” And hope is positive expectation, by another name. The scientific study of the placebo effect is usually dated to the pioneering paper published in 1955 on “The Powerful Placebo” by the anesthesiologist Henry K. Beecher (1904-1976). Beecher concluded that, across the 26 studies he analyzed, an average of 32% of patients responded to placebo.

It has been shown that placebos have measurable physiological effects. They tend to speed up pulse rate, increase blood pressure, and improve reaction speeds, for example, when participants are told they have taken a stimulant. Placebos have the opposite physiological effects when participants are told they have taken a sleep-producing drug.

The placebo effect is part of the human potential to react positively to a healer. A patient’s distress may be relieved by something for which there is no medical basis. A familiar example is a Band-Aid put on a child. It can make the child feel better by its soothing effect, though there is no medical reason it should make the child feel better.

People who receive a placebo may also experience negative effects. They are like side effects with a medication and may include, for example, nausea,diarrhea and constipation. A negative placebo effect has been called the nocebo effect.

 The book is filled with documented examples of the power of the Placebo Effect.

  • Attitude does indeed affect our health.  The Mayo Clinic published a study in 2002 that followed 447 people for more than 30 years showing that optimists were healthier physically and mentally.  Optimists focus their attention on the best future scenario.
  • Yale researchers followed 660 people, aged 50 and older, for up to 23 years, discovering that those with a positive attitude about aging lived more than seven years longer than those who had a more negative outlook about growing older.  Attitude had more of an influence on longevity than blood pressure, cholesterol levels, smoking, body weight, or level of exercise.
  • A 2001 study from the University of Rochester Cancer Center published in the Journal of Pain and Symptom Management concluded that expecting nausea was the strongest predictor that patients would actually experience it.
  • A 1962 study done in Japan with a group of children who were all extremely allergic to poison ivy helped usher in a new era of scientific study called psychoneuroimmunology, the effect of thoughts and emotions on the immune system.   Researchers rubbed one forearm with a harmless leaf that they claimed was poison ivy.  All the children developed a rash on the arm.  11 of 13 children developed no rash at all where the poison leaf had actually touched them.  The new thought that the leaf wouldn’t hurt them overrode their memory and belief that they were allergic to it.
  • In 1976 Norman Cousins published an account in the New England Journal of Medicine of how he had used laughter to reverse ankylosing spondylitis.  A few years later he published his story in his best-selling book Anatomy of an Illness.  He was convinced that a persistent negative emotional state had contributed to his illness and decided it was equally possible that a more positive emotional state could reverse the damage.  He found that ten minutes of hearty laughter gave him two hours of pain-free sleep.  Eventually, he made a complete recovery.  Cousins, laughed himself to health.  Cousins’s shift of attitude changed his body chemistry, which altered his internal state.  Laughter influences many genes involved with immune response.  As stated by Cousins in 1979 about placebos, “The process works not because of any magic in the tablet, but because the human body is its own best apothecary and because the most successful prescriptions are filled by the body itself.”  Dr. Dispenza goes on to expand on understanding such a miraculous recovery. “….research now tell us it’s likely that epigenetic processes were at work.  Cousin’s shift of attitude changed his body chemistry, which altered his internal state, enabling him tp program new genes in new ways; he simply turned off the genes that were causing his illness.”

Dr. Dispenza explains in detail the process of turning genes off that are responsible for illness.

Ponder this; people with multiple personality disorder have physical differences with the different personalities.

According to the National Alliance on  Mental Illness

Dissociative identity disorder (DID), previously referred to as multiple personality disorder, is a dissociative disorder involving a disturbance of identity in which two or more separate and distinct personality states (or identities) control an individual’s behavior at different times. When under the control of one identity, a person is usually unable to remember some of the events that occurred while other personalities were in control. The different identities, referred to as alters, may exhibit differences in speech, mannerisms, attitudes, thoughts and gender orientation. The alters may even present physical differences, such as allergies, right-or-left handedness or the need for eyeglass prescriptions. These differences between alters are often quite striking.”  This demonstrates the changes that occur due to changes in attitudes and thoughts.  

Part of Dr. Dispenza’s work involves “the scientific model of transformation”.  He lays out quantum physics to help with understanding the importance in possibility, combines it with the latest information in neuroscience, neuroendocrinology, epigenetics, cellular biology, brain-wave science, energy psychology and psychoneuroimmunology.  All of this contributes to applying the knowledge to create a new experience being you.

Deliberate Creation Morning Mental Work Program

Best advice on the planet.

First and foremost operate from the place of understanding that you are a vibrational being.  You are in charge of your vibrational output which the Law of Attraction is responding to.  Your thoughts, feelings, choices, decisions,  and beliefs all contribute and comprise your vibrational being.

Be aware of momentum. Sleeping is the only thing that pauses momentum. The best way to begin each day is to get out ahead of momentum.  Choose deliberately how you are going to think and feel and every day will be a new day, rather than a continuation of what happened yesterday, last week, or ten years ago.

Momentum and Deliberate Creation


Have you contemplated the role Momentum plays in your practice of deliberate creation?   Momentum has a life of its own.  Every thought and feeling has Momentum.  Positive thoughts and feelings = positive momentum.  Negative thoughts and feelings = negative momentum.  Most of us are interested in the negative momentum.  Lots of negative momentum in Syria right now.  It is possible to stop momentum in its early stages but once Momentum has had time to build and accumulate power and force the best thing you can do is meditate or take a nap.  Both meditation and sleeping stop you from generating thoughts and feelings and giving your attention to the momentum that is happening.  It will stop the Law of Attraction from fueling the momentum of the unwanted.

In classical mechanics, linear momentum or translational momentum is the product of the mass and velocity of an object.

In Deliberate Creation ,  momentum of  Thoughts and Feelings is the product of their frequency and intensity.  Addictions have a lot of momentum due to both the frequency and intensity of the thoughts and feelings.  Anything that persists is more than likely due to the momentum.  The more you think/ feel and give your attention to unwanted creations momentum builds.

Let’s start at the beginning which is your point of attraction.  “Deliberate Creation is about tending to the only thing that you need to tend to, which is your point of attraction…”    Abraham

That is the work, being a vibrational match to your desire so that you attract it to you.  There is no such thing as luck.  Momentum is a powerful co-creator.  The story you are telling is responsible for your point of attraction and its momentum.  The more emotionally charged you are the greater the momentum.  It is all about Energy.

“Most of us create from observation and then create more of it.  We observe it and create more of it and observe it and create more of it.  But it does not have to be that way.  You can get out ahead of the momentum of the manifestation.

“Let’s say you’ve had a sort of normal day.  You’ve been all over the emotional scale.  But you know where you usually hang out.  Esther would like to tell you that she hangs out in elation.  But she doesn’t hang out in elation.  Not lately.  She’s been hanging out in some grief that she is working to overcome and doing a good job of it.  But mostly in overwhelment.  And if those who are around her were taking score of the things she’s saying, they would acknowledge, and Esther would too, that much of the things that she has to say are about how much she has to do or how she really needs to do this.  Or how she shouldn’t go over there because she has this over there that she needs to do….

“In other words, that’s what her vocabulary is about because that is what her observation is about and that is what her point of attraction is about.  And so things don’t ease up.  The computer sometimes doesn’t cooperate, and the files sometimes don’t process and sometimes things just go wrong.  The universe is just responding to her vibration of overwhelment….

“Rather than trying to overcome the vibration that isn’t serving you, do your best to get a head start on a new frequency every day….So when you put yourself in your bed at night, say something like, “So this was a good day.  This day is done.  And tomorrow will be a whole new opportunity for my vibrational choices.

“Then in the morning, as soon as you get up, get out ahead of any manifestation by reminding yourself that you are the creator of your own reality and that Law of Attraction is responding to your vibration and that you have infinite choices of things that you could focus upon.

arrows pointing up“Then find something that is close and real that you feel genuine appreciation about, and focus there for as little as 17 seconds and watch what happens.  That’s getting out ahead of any manifestation.  It is our promise to you that as you reach from that neutral place to a vibrational frequency that is unchallenged by anything that you are living yet, then momentum will begin to gather around that thought.  And  before you even get out of bed, you can have enough going that at least the first part of your day will be positively affected by this momentum that you have going.”  Abraham Philadelphia 5/25/13

For example, a heavy truck moving fast has a large momentum—it takes a large and prolonged force to get the truck up to this speed, and it takes a large and prolonged force to bring it to a stop afterwards. If the truck were lighter, or moving more slowly, then it would have less momentum.

“One day’s focus is enough momentum for you to allow anything that you want to flow into your experience.  You don’t quite believe that, so you’ve got some anti-momentum going there.  But nevertheless, it is the way that it is.” Abraham

Deliberate Creation – The Basic Facts

There are so many moving parts to deliberate creation.  Here are the basic facts about the science and metaphysics behind deliberate creation.

One of the first videos I posted on my blog is an animation of the double slit experiment.  It is the foundation for the new science which birthed deliberate creation.  According to Nobel Prize winning physicist Richard Fenyman “it is the only thing you need to know about quantum physics”.  It uses an electron gun to fire electrons at a wall through two slits.  The experiment demonstrates that the electrons fired through the double slits always take the form they are expected to take.  The act of observation by the observer is what determines the electron’s form, a wave or particle.  The electrons actually have no form until they are observed.  The act of observing is what causes them to take on any form at all.  Bottom line is creation occurs as a result of observation.  There are lots of ways to state this.  The building blocks of all creation exist in a sea of probability until we turn our attention to them and they then take on a form.  Anything you observe or pay attention to begins to manifest.

The new science of quantum physics is an energy-based paradigm.    According to Jeff Kuhn,  author of  Why Quantum Physicists Don’t Get Fat and Why Quantum Physicists Don’t Fail,  “Your internal energy creates the material world outside of you….the entire universe is actually a field of energy called the quantum field.  The quantum field is a non-local and unbounded energy field representing all possibilities.  In layman’s terms, it is everywhere all at once, it is endless and uncontained, and it can become, literally, anything.  In other words, the quantum field is a field of energy from which you, me, trees, clouds,automobiles, toy soldiers, dental floss, planets, whales, etc. (literally, everything) are manifested and created.  All physical matter in the universe is manifested from the quantum field.  This field waits in a state of infinite possibility, for you to manifest the material world from it – which you do, either deliberately or accidentally, every second of every day you’re alive.  The material world does not pre-exist, awaiting your observation; you create the material world, through your observations, on a moment-by-moment basis.” Why Quantum Physicists Don’t Get Fat

We are vibrational beings in an energy-based paradigm.  Our vibration is the attractor which the Universe responds to.   Our Thoughts and the Feelings created as a by-product of our thoughts produce our point of attraction.  Like attracts like.

 Caution:  Are your thoughts about having money (even if you don’t) or that you don’t have money and want it.  They are very different vibrations.  Thoughts about what you desire are key to attracting what you desire.  Thoughts about what you have not yet created will create more of what you do not have.  You attract money, love, relationships by feeling the presence of money, love, relationships, etc.   We are vibrational beings.  Observing what you don’t have yet or don’t want will bring more of the same.

So that is the big picture.  We disturb the quantum field by observing,  thinking and feeling.  Now for the moving parts, the tools we use to sculpt and mold the quantum field into our unique life experience.


The content of our Thoughts are shaped by our Beliefs.  Beliefs are nothing more than our most practiced thoughts held about any subject over time.  We acquire our Beliefs from our environment, parents, religions, science, etc.  Our  Beliefs are evolving due to the expansion of science from classical physics to quantum physics.  Today’s beliefs embrace that we are powerful vibrational beings creating all that is.  We are just beginning to understand the power of Thoughts influenced of course by what we believe.  The placebo effect is being researched and this video demonstrates amazing potential for healing.  There are some blank spots between each of the 4 parts.   The Placebo Effect is all about the power of our Beliefs.  The meaning we attach to our thoughts.


Beliefs create your expectations  and expectations create our physical experiences.  As shown in the Crack the Placebo video increasing Expectation increased the Power of the Placebo Effect.  Expectation is a powerful tool in deliberate creation.  Whatever you expect you will create.  It also pointed out the power of hypnosis which is the power of suggestion.  Refer to past blog on The Power of Hypnosis.

Conscious Breathing

Deep breathing is a big part of well-being, oxygenating the body, the cells.  It is the current that carries the vitality to the extremities of the cells.  The more you are breathing, the more you are thriving.

“Some say it is the way the Spirit moves.  We would say it is the way life moves most efficiently through your physical body.  And, fortunately, it is something that is not left to your conscious mind.  you don’t have to prompt yourself to breathe.  It happens.  But, you can prompt yourself to breathe more.

Deliberate Creating As Energy Interpreters


We are energy interpreters.  We give energy its meaning and significance through our attention to the object of our desire.  Important to understand that when you don’t want something and you keep thinking about what you don’t want that counts as creative energy and the outcome will always be consistent with the Law of Attraction creating what you don’t want.  That which is like unto itself is drawn.  It is the energy of the content of your thoughts and feelings that determine what you create.

Do not let ‘what is’ dominate your vibration, particularly if it is not to your liking.  Think and Feel on purpose.  Avoid observing and matching the observation with your thoughts and feelings.

Deliberate creation is about purposely creating a vibrational stance!!  Conjure your happy now energy regardless of ‘what is’.  A movie which depicts that is Life is Beautiful. Amazing example of ignoring the terrible conditions of life in a concentration camp and turning it into a game to  protect his son from ‘what is’.


Gift of Language

The average novel contains approximately seventy-thousand words.  Typically, we humans speak about twenty-thousand words per day–meaning that every three or four days we produce an entire book.  This is more than an interesting fact.  Words are not nothing.  They are something–force, energy, momentum, power, etc.  As such, words impact the lives of others and our own lives. The thoughts and the feelings associated with the thoughts are responsible for the content of your experience.  It is the energy which attracts and eventually becomes a physical manifestation. Change your thoughts and feelings about anything and you will create it differently.  The challenge is to break habits of being.

Your beliefs and perceptions come from how you think and feel about yourself and your life.  They are acquired through the vast experiences of your past.  Your thoughts, which are the language of the brain, and your feelings, which are the language of the body, create your ‘state of being.’  If you reflect on the neurology of beliefs, you might realize that a belief is just a thought you keep thinking over and over again until you ‘fire and wire’ it into your brain.  And if you keep thinking the same way, over time that thought will become hardwired in your brain, which will be equal to your own conscious or unconscious intentions

By the same means, emotions are the end products of past experiences.  So if you keep thinking the same thoughts, making  he same choices, and demonstrating the same behaviors, you will create the same experiences that relate to the same emotions.  Consequently, how you will view yourself and your reality will be filtered through the familiar feelings you’ve memorized.  As a result, you’ll perceive your life through the lens of those past feelings.

Examining how you feel about things will tell you a lot about what you believe.  In order to change your beliefs about yourself and your life, you have to change your ‘state of being’ with such a firm intention that the decision carries an amplitude of energy that’s greater than the hardwired programs and the emotional addictions.  Dr. Joe Dispenza

Your Feelings are the guidance system.  If you are feeling negative emotion you are on that frequency.  We have an identity print that is our unique frequency comprised of our thoughts and feelings.  A number of masters have put the emotions in a scale.
