12-Step Thought Equation-Being Enough

12-Step Thought Equation-Being Enough is a thoughtful process to redirect negative self talk.  This equation is to move from Not Being Enough to Being Enough. Please read the Abraham quotes taken from the Abraham-Hicks website.  They give you all the information needed to form lasting positive self talk of Being Enough and desiring to Be More.

12-Step Thought Equations are based on the Law of Attraction to move your thoughts from a negative perspective to a positive perspective that All is Well.  The Thought Equations are a variation on Abraham’s Focus Wheel Process, where you establish what you want from the unwanted thoughts|feelings that you are experiencing.

12-Step Thought Equation – Not Being ‘Good’ Enough
Example of moving from thoughts and experiencing feelings of not being good enough to Being Enough.
  1.  Even though in my reality I am experiencing thoughts and feelings of not being good enough, my compassion and caring for myself is focusing on becoming more.
  2. I believe that thoughts and feelings of not being good enough are in the past.
  3. I believe a realization of not being (ready to drop the negative assessment that “good” brings) enough is a motivator and inspiration to identify and take the next step based on an increased desire to be enough or more.
  4. I believe we are eternal beings and we will always be in the process of becoming more.
  5. I believe thoughts and feelings of not being enough are self fulfilling.
  6.  I believe what I focus on is what I create.
  7.  I believe enough is the baseline for all deliberate creators.
  8.  I believe being enough and desiring the greatest vision I can imagine for myself a position of self love.
  9.  I believe self love is the path to creating your True Self.
  10.  I believe failures create success.
  11.  I believe all is well even when it isn’t.
  12.  I believe I am enough.

Your Story – All Is Well Even When It Isn’t

The story you tell determines the story you experience.  If your story is about unwanted stuff do not tell that story.  Your next thought may be am I being authentic, real and honest if I tell the story I want, not the story I am living.  This dream story is merely looking at what is with a perspective of the best vision you have of the circumstances.  Idealize it, expect it to be exactly what led to the best story you can imagine.  After all we are merely manipulating the thoughts and feelings, energies and forces to mould a physical creation.  This is thinking the best, while ignoring the worst.

This 12-Step Thought Equation requires the Belief that All Is Well, Even When It Is Not.  Can you believe that all is well, even when it is not when you think of terrorism, the Las Vegas sniper?  Everything is created by us individually and collectively.  The frequencies are muddled together in that quantum world.   Like attracting Like.  A Universe of Thoughts and Feelings.

12-Step Thought Equation to All Is Well Even When It Is Not

  1.  Everything is energy which cannot be created or destroyed.
  2. Therefore, Consciousness is energy, the unique vibrational expression that is my mom, dad, sister, friend is eternal energy. Thoughts are eternal.
  3. Creating is an inside job.  Kim Jong-un creates Kim Jong-un, Mom creates Mom, I create me…..eternally.
  4. Therefore we are never done. We have eternity to become the vision we have for ourself and the world.   God, Source, is never done creating.  God creates against the backdrop of All Is Well Even When It Isn’t.  That backdrop with its Perspective holds the highest vibrational vision for the universe.
  5. The highest vibrational vision includes the highest thoughts and feelings, not anger, hatred, injustice and prejudice. The Source of All There Is knowing that everything is vibrational, that Thoughts matter and that Thoughts of unwanted create more of the unwanted focuses on the solutions to achieve All is Well.  Unhappy never leads to happy without the deliberate intent to be happy.
  6. Thoughts of appreciation (even of failures for without problems there is no evolution|solution) and imagination for what is desired is the dream for tomorrow.
  7. The Creator of All There Is says yes always to our desires and when we lose hope and become discouraged he will be holding the vision of our All Is Well reality.
  8. In order to experience All Is Well we have to think thoughts of all is well. It isn’t about the creation it is all about the journey.  The journey is eternal and the destination is evolving never to be done.
  9. Realizing all is not well is the vehicle to choosing All Is Well.
  10. Looking for All Is Well as a result of not being well will create all is well.
  11.  The path to getting there is the same as the path to being there.
  12.  The path to All is Well is looking for the path to how this can possibly lead to All Is Well.


Did the Not Well realization create a Desire for Love,

A Desire for Caring and Compassion,

A Desire for Peace,

A Desire for Unconditional Love,

A Desire for Freedom,

A Desirefor Goodness,

A Desire for Forgiveness,

A Desire for Hope;

Then All Is Well Even When It Isn’t.

Super Heroes | Chi Masters | Ordinary People

This blog post Contemporary Heroes and Heroines has wonderful quotes and pictures of all kinds of heroes and heroines.  Heroes and Heroines are everywhere.  It is inspiring to ponder the path of the heroe.  A choice to serve in the military is a choice of a heroe.  To overcome illness is the choice of a heroe.  Every story can have a heroe.  It is a Choice for excellence in some aspect of being you.  Chi is your power but you may not be aware of it. Once you watch these you will understand we all have chi.  These Masters have mastered using it.

Heal – Belief

This Dr. Joe Dispenza newsletter is filled with the most enlightening and compelling information,  particularly the invitation to view the trailer for the documentary Heal

It features Deepak Chopra, Bruce Lipton, Marianne Williamson, Michael Beckwith, Gregg Braden, Anita Moorjani, Anthony William the Medical Medium and more.  It is great to have information focused on implementation of the powerful laws of the universe and all that science knows today about healing the body. Health, Healing, disease should be of interest to all of us.  Insurance is the number one item people want taken care of by the new administration.  Our physical body is the most sophisticated machine on the planet yet most of us don’t have enough information to heal, maintain and care for it long term.

One day we may be going to a Belief Doctor to diagnose what faulty, weak beliefs are affecting our health/healing. Greg Braeden has so expertly identified that a focus on our Beliefs will reveal what is affecting our deliberate creation  in his new book  The Spontaneous Healing of Belief: Shattering the Paradigm of False Limits.  I have ordered my copy.

Creating What You Want – An Inside Job

If you are reading this you want to create deliberately and get that it is an inside job. This is the BEST description ever.  The Thoughts and Feelings…. State of Being for Creation.

Last December I attended Dr. Joe Dispenza Progressive Workshop.  Since then I have been loving the meditations I did at the workshop.

Dr. Joe uses “space” to distract you from thinking to focusing on the empty space between parts of the body.  Very effective preparation to meditation.

Changing Beliefs and Perceptions meditation is specifically about creating what you want.  It is a wonderful guided journey of experiencing your future in the present moment.  Highly recommend it.

Information for Citizens of the Quantum Sea of Probabilities


Earth in Sea of Probabilities

We are all citizens of the Sea of Probabilities.  That invisible energy field with the raw materials of physical creation that are affected by your observation, focus and attention.  This sea of all possibilities and probabilities from which you will attract and then experience.  If you ever wonder why something happens, or you blame others for your reality, then you will benefit from understanding this quantum world.

A lot of us don’t pay any attention to this energy field.  Each moment we are spewing our thoughts with their accompanying feelings into this sea of probabilities and not realizing that those thoughts and feelings are attracting like energies to you.  Think of your place in the sea of probabilities as your ‘playing field’.  Every moment,  the energies of your thoughts and feelings are in that moment determining your playing field.  Your vibration is you and it is your reality.  As Dr. Joe states,  your Personality is creating your Personal Reality.

Information about the Sea of Probabilities

1. The Law of Attraction is at play in the Sea of Probabilities.  “That which is like unto itself is drawn.”  Love attracts Love and Fear attracts Fear.  Review the Emotional Scale here.

We are so free we can choose bondage.

“That is:

  • The freedom to create your reality as you see fit
  • The freedom to experience your choice and the consequences thereof
  • The freedom to tap into “future possibilities” through imagination and decide which one you want to go for
  • The freedom to experience yourself as a soul in a body who makes choices
  • The freedom to give up your freedom to others or to models of the world that tell you you have none

We are free to think our thoughts.  So it is up to us to be deliberate about the energetic quality of our thoughts.  We always have a choice.

The Power of Choice – One of my favorite inspirations for the power of choice was Viktor Frankl’s observation and experience of choice in a Nazi Concentration Camp.

Viktor Frankl was an Austrian neurologist and psychiatrist prior to World War 2.  His best selling book Man’s Search for Meaning originally published under the title Say “Yes” to Life:  A Psychologist Experiences the Concentration Camp,  which chronicles his experiences as a concentration camp inmate, which led him to discover the importance of choice.  Choosing to live, choosing to die, finding the meaning in all forms of existence.  Frankl went on to become one of the key figures in existential therapy.

Nelson Mandela is another who transformed anger to love.  In The Book of Joy,  Archbishop Desmond Tutu explains how suffering can be ennobling rather than embittering and that the difference lies in whether we are able to find meaning in our suffering. He goes on to say; “One has learned in very many instances, “that for us to grow in generosity of spirit we have to undergo in some way or other a diminishing, a frustration.  You may not always think of it as being so.  There are very few lives that just move smoothly from beginning to end.  They have to be refined.”  The author questions; “What is it that needs to be refined?”  Tutu replies; “Our almost natural response is, When I’m hit, I hit back.  When you have been refined, you want to find out what it is that impelled this other one to do what he did.  And so you put yourself in the shoes of the other.  So it is almost an axiom that generosity of spirit seems to require that one will have had setbacks to remove the dross.”

The Book of Joy has a chapter on Suffering and Adversity:  Passing through Difficulties to which the Dalai Lama explained, “There is a Tibetan saying that adversities can turn into good opportunities” and another “It is actually the painful experiences that shine the light on the nature of happiness.  They do this by bringing joyful experiences into sharp relief.  You can see this in an entire generation that has experienced great difficulties.  When you got your freedom, you really felt joyous.  Now the new generation, who are born after, they don’t know the true joy of freedom, and complain more.”  Both the Dalai Lama and Archbishop Tutu agreed suffering is what makes you appreciate the joy.  According to the Law of Attraction the contrast (unwanted, unintended consequences and creating by default) provides the experience so you can choose wanted from unwanted.  Identify unwanted and move to what is wanted.  Focus on what is wanted not on what is unwanted.  I cannot stress this enough.

2.  Momentum is the Law of Attraction in Action.    We think of it as on the move and it is going to take some effort to stop.   A team that has a lot of momentum is really on the move and  is going to be hard to stop. Momentum is a physics term; it refers to the quantity of motion that an object has. A sports team that is on the move has the momentum. If an object is in motion (on the move) then it has momentum.  Thoughts and Feelings also have momentum.  Read post on momentum here .

The team, the nationality, the religion, the political party all have momentum.  Creating is the process of creating and destruction.  Everything is in the state of becoming through observation.  Observation is arbitrary based on the observer.  If something is not working create it different.

Check out this video explanation of The Double Slit Experiment.  Quantum physicists discovered electrons exist simultaneously in an infinite array of possibilities or probabilities in an invisible field of energy, and only when an observer focuses attention on any location of any one electron does that electron appear.  This phenomenon  is referred to as “collapse of the wave function” or the “observer effect”.   Therefore, a particle cannot manifest in reality until we observe it.  Everything in the physical universe is made up of subatomic particles, which exist as pure potential while they are not being observed.  To observe something that makes you unhappy no longer makes sense.

So in the Sea of Probabilities thoughts which persist, such as habits, will have more momentum and require  greater effort to change.  This is certainly the case for addiction, mental illness, physical illness and poverty. The complexity of consciously breaking the habit of being you is presented with tremendous clarity and detail by Dr. Joe Dispenza in his book of the same name.

According to Dr. Joe Dispenza, “In the quantum model, the physical universe is an immaterial, interconnected, unified field of information, potentially everything but physically no thing.  The quantum universe is just waiting for a conscious observer (you or me) to come along and influence energy in the form of potential matter by using the mind and consciousness (which are themselves energy) to make waves of energetic probabilities coalesce into physical matter.  Just as the wave of possibility of the electron manifests as a particle within a specific momentary event, we observers cause a particle or groups of particles to manifest physical experiences in the form of events in our lives.  This is crucial to understanding how you can cause an effect or make a positive change in your life.  When you learn how to sharpen your skills of observation to intentionally affect your destiny, you are well on your way toward living the ideal version of your life by becoming the idealized version of your self.”   Breaking the Habit of Being You

3.  In The Sea Of Probabilities You Are What You Choose to Observe 

As I observed the Women’s March, January 21 in Washington, D.C. and other cities, I observed both anger and peaceful protest.  I thought if they knew how this Sea of Probabilities functions they would not bring their worry, fear and anger to the demonstration; but their hopes, dreams, and desires.  They would project into the Sea of Probabilities the desire for the preservation of Choice for Women even if it involves a choice for an abortion.  It is our freedom to choose. It doesn’t mean that thought is the best thought but it is the freedom to choose.  A pro life choice is a wonderful choice.  It is the Yes that Frankl experienced amidst an experience of great destruction of life. So while we preserve choice we share information on the quality and power of a choice.  If the choice was not to get pregnant,  were measures taken to prevent an unwanted pregnancy?  How much personal responsibility was there to prevent an unwanted pregnancy?  No judgment here but that could impact on the quality of the observation.   In the Sea of Probabilities is the diversity everyone is talking about.  How do we manage our desires here.   Listen here to Abraham discussing Trump and the election results with a deliberate creator certain of a Clinton presidency.

4.  There is only inclusion in the Sea of Probabilities

All thoughts and feelings exist in the Sea of Probabilities.  When you say no to something unwanted and continue to focus on all the reasons you don’t want it the energy attracts more of the unwanted.  Just as when you say yes and focus and observe why you want it.  There is no right or wrong with the Law of Attraction.

We are vibrational beings in a vibrational universe.  So fellow citizens of the Quantum Sea of Probabilities, our reality is the result of our collective and individual mindful attention/focus.  “The quantum field responds not to what we want; it responds to who we are being.” Dr. Joe Dispenza

The Power of Perspective in Deliberate Creation


A perfect perspective for someone embarking on a great expedition. Deliberate in its encouragement to be bold and begin it now. The Power of Now if where its at and Now benefits tremendously with a Perspective that all is well even when it isn’t. Our intention is to deliberately create our desires, dreams, etc. The only way to accomplish that is to use every moment processing unwanted and shifting your focus to wanted.  The unwanted is where all the solutions are created.  The unwanted gives birth to inspiration, desire and evolution.

The clarity feels so good understanding that contrast (unwanted) is the birthplace of solutions, inspirations and evolution.  That everything is always working out, right. Bad is relative to your perspective.  Creation and destruction go together.  Always the next best idea, solution, understanding gives birth to the improved creation.  Use that Perspective for all creating and you will be flying high.

The most important law of the universe is the Law of Attraction.    We are vibrational beings first and foremost and as such we are attracting When we say Yes and we are attracting when we say No.

Personal Example of the Power of Perspective

I had been experiencing headaches and some migraine headaches for several years.  Thought it was allergies, cervical stenosis, cervical arthritis, micro cerebral arterial disease???  I initiated diet changes, air filters, allergy testing, carpet removal, duct cleaning, therapy, acupuncture, miracle work.  Migraines became more frequent.  Went to the doctor for pain medication.  I was feeling in a lot of pain, but more interesting I was feeling overwhelmed and unable to find anything positive to focus on as far as my chronic pain issues were concerned.  A failure as far as deliberately creating feeling good physically.  I called my sister who called my other sister and the word was spread about my negative news.  My perspective was there is no solution to migraines.  I was having a lot of No thoughts and feelings.  The pain had my attention and focus.  Just like there is no solution to the common cold, cancer, poverty, war, addiction or is there?  It is our perspective.  Every problem brings the solution.  Everything works out and one day we realize had we not had the unwanted we would not…..

My migraine solution and the power of perspective.

My sister is visiting with a girlfriend to celebrate her 60th birthday.  While driving together she takes out a vial  of  sea salt and has a lick followed by water.  She tells my sister about how sodium prevents migraines based on the book “Fighting the Migraine Epidemic” How to Treat and Prevent Migraines Without Medicines by Angela A. Stanton, Pd.D. Lying in bed with a migraine I ordered her book on my Kindle.  Love reading in the dark with my kindle.  Angela Stanton is a migrainer who wrote her Ph.D on her search, journey and solution.  I am still reading it but it is brilliant.  Her personal journey through years of migraine headaches created a solution.

WOW how wonderful is that.  I had a lick of salt, waited a bit had another lick, read about the cells needing a balance of sodium and potassium.  I began to notice an improvement in my headache pain.  What lifted me the most were my thoughts and feelings of appreciation for Angela Stanton.  Her journey which has impacted me in such an uplifting way.  It is always about your thought process.  I couldn’t solve my headaches/migraines but Angela could and did.  So Ask and It is Given.  Believe that.  Expect that.  Be it.  Receive it.  Vibrationally be in the receptive mode.  Align with the greatest and best beliefs, thoughts and feelings.  In a way that is what this blog is all about.  A deliberate thought process to create what you desire.

A Belief Thought Process For Appreciation

Thoughts, Feelings and Beliefs are key ingredients for reality creation.  The quality of these ingredients determine the quality of the creation.  I am really enjoying this process to move myself to higher emotions such as Joy, Enthusiasm, Passion,  Ease and Power.

Oprah has a series on Beliefs right now.  The thing about Beliefs are they are merely habits of thought.  Some passed down from parents and society.  The Law of Attraction and its byproduct momentum perpetuate the continuation of Beliefs.

Beliefs are key to how you feel about everything.  As you will see in this process it only works if you have certain beliefs; like do you believe you create your own reality.

According to Wikipedia:

“Belief is the state of mind in which a person thinks something to be the case, with or without there being empirical evidence to prove that something is the case with factual certainty. In other words, belief is when someone thinks something is reality, true, when they have no absolute verified foundation for their certainty of the truth or realness of something.  Another way of defining belief is, it is a mental representation of an attitude positively orientated towards the likelihood of something being true. ”  In the context of Ancient Greek thought, two related concepts were identified with regards to the concept of belief: pistis which refers to trust  and confidence and doxa which refers to opinion and acceptance.

In other words, belief is when someone thinks something is reality, true, when they have no absolute verified foundation for their certainty of the truth or realness of something.

My interest in Beliefs for this post is to demonstrate how effective use of beliefs can facilitate a deliberate mental creation from unwanted to wanted.  The basis for this process is the Abraham Focus Wheel which assists in deliberately choosing thoughts with their accompanying feelings to move from unwanted to wanted.  There is a progression of thought/feeling from lower frequency emotions to higher emotions.

Here are some Emotional Reference Charts.  I apologize I don’t know who to give credit for these.  I have used both.

Happiness:  fortunate, glad, high spirit

  • Optimism:  positiveness, cheerfulness, confident
  • Hopefulness:  expectation and desire combined, promise, wish, dream
  • Contentment:  satisfied state, tranquil, happiness, ease, comfort
  • Boredom:  dullness, tedium, monotony, dreariness
  • Pessimism:  tendency to be gloomy or expect the worst, defeatism
  • Frustration/Irritation/Impatience

Frustration:  effort ineffective, discontented because unable to achieve one’s desire, disappoint

Irritation:  excite to anger, exasperate

Impatience:  lacking patience or tolerance, restlessly eager

  • Overwhelment:  overpower with an excess of, inundate
  • Disappointment:  frustrate, let down, dissatisfy, saddened, fail to have one’s expectation
  • Doubt:  uncertainty, inclination to disbelieve, lack of full proof, undecided
  • Worry:  be fearful, be apprehensive, anguish, anxious
  • Blame:  assign fault or responsibility, attributing responsibility
  • Discouragement:  deprive of courage, confidence or energy, dispirit, demoralize
  • Anger:  extreme or passionate displeasure, antagonism, irritation, madden
  • Revenge:  retaliation for an offense or injury, vindictive feeling
  • Hatred/Rage

Hatred:  intense dislike

Rage:  fierce or violent anger, violent action, be full of anger

Insecurity:  lacking of confidence, unsafe, hesitant, unsound

This process can be used regardless of where you are on the emotional scale.  I choose the emotion I desire, in this example I chose Appreciation.  I use statements  I believe to move myself up the emotional scale to the emotion I desire.

  1. I Believe I am broadcasting my unique vibration into the sea of possibilities.
  2. I Believe my reality is the result of Law of Attraction.
  3. I Believe that attention to what is pertetuates unwanted as well as wanted.
  4. I Believe that all is well even when it isn’t.  Contrast and diversity are essential for the expansion and evolution of All That Is.
  5. I Believe we are all vibrational beings experiencing momentum and habits of thinking and feeling.
  6. I Believe the contrast is our friend responsible for creating desire and solutions to the ever changing now.
  7. I believe my strong desire creates change.
  8. I Believe anything is possible.  It is in the Sea of Probabilities – Am I in vibrational range to attract it.
  9. I Believe I can focus on things to appreciate.
  10. I Believe I can start with appreciating this process as a predicter of creating appreciation.
  11. I Believe there is always something to appreciate.
  12. I believe when I choose to focus on appreciation I am appreciating.

Inside Out – Vibrational Beings

broadcast-tower-drawing with energy indicatedWe are first and foremost vibrational beings broadcasting our unique frequency which attracts like frequencies.  The Law of Attraction makes it so.   This illustration is good because it is easy to identify with the ball as your consciousness sending out thoughts and the circles our emotions rippling through space.  What is your resonance comprised of? Is your attention focused on  what is and on your desires/dreams.  Broadcast how it will Feel when you manifest the desire.   Be happy (in the absence of your desire), expecting, (knowing you will create your desires).  It is Law, That which is Like Unto Itself is Drawn, no exceptions.

Things are Always Working Out For Me

Do you wonder at times if things are working out for you?  This video from Abraham by Train Your Vibration will soothe you into a knowing that everything is always working out even when it appears not to be.  Love this.

I have subscribed to Train Your Vibration’s  YouTube Channel.  There are 24 other videos that I look forward to listening to.  I put the link on my mobile device so I can play it in lieu of a meditation first thing in the morning before I even get out of bed.  Also use my mobile device when I can’t settle and sleep  to do a guided meditation or a video that will redirect my mind to sleep.
